MTN - WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

I HAVE BEEN A MTN "HIGH VALUE" CUSTOMER FOR MANY YEARS NOW. I RENEWED MY CONTRACT WITH MTN AT THE END OF MAY 2013 AND SPECIFIED THAT I WANTED TO REMAIN ON A TOP UP ACCOUNT. UNFORTUNATELY I DID NOT CHECK THE DETAILS WHEN SIGNING AS I TRUSTED THE PERSON I WAS DEALING WITH. IN NOVEMBER I RECEIVE A STATEMENT INFORMING ME THAT I OWED MTN R2719.62, AS OPPOSED TO MY MONTHLY DEBIT OF R499. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO RECEIVE FEED BACK FROM THE MTN AND RESOLVE THIS ISSUE THROUGH THE STORE AS WELL AS VIA MTN CUSTOMER SERVICES FOR TWO MONTHS NOW WITHOUT SUCCESS. THE PEOPLE AT THE STORE CONTINUE TO TELL ME THAT THEY WILL CALL ME BACK AND NEVER DO AND WHEN ASKING THE PERSON ON THE CUSTOMER CARE LINE FOR A DETAILED ITEMISED BILL THEY FIRST SENT ME A STATEMENT VIA EMAIL AND THEN WHEN I EXPLAINED THAT THIS WAS NOT WHAT I REQUESTED THEY SENT ME AN EXCEL SPREADSHEET WHICH DIDN'T EVEN HAVE THE NUMBERS CONTACTED, DATES OR CALL DURATION ON IT. AND I WAS CHARGED FOR THIS! THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED! IF THIS IS HOW YOUR HIGH VALUE CUSTOMERS OR ANY CUSTOMERS ARE TREATED WHEN FACING PROBLEMS THEN GOOD LUCK KEEPING CUSTOMERS LOYAL!
