I am so dissapointed. I have changed to FNB because of the fact that they were the best bank. the customer services I have received was terrible and according to their policy you will receive your card within 3 days. its been 2 months after I have applied and after so many complaints I received a call from them and again go through the contract because they took to long.

I had the WORST experience with FNB, they do not have the Decency to just call and apologize or keep me informed of any problems with my application. I have send mail after mail, I have called on a weekly bases and asked them what the problem is, they keep telling me that I should be patient I will receive my card within 3 days. after 2 months, still NOTHING.

Why cant anybody, just respond and tell me why they are waisting my time and patients, what is the problem on their side.

I really thought that FNB was the best bank. That is a lie, they do not care about helping their customers.
they advertise that they are the best, and how can they help their customers with better customer services, BUT that is the BIGGEST any customer provider is advertising!
