Blackberry Data Cut Off

I have been having non-stop issues with Elite Mobile, with regards to my Blackberry Service. A few months back my BIS was disconnected, and I had to phone Elite Mobile to have them reconnect the service - although there was no reason for disconnection. Since I got my new phone (Blackberry Z10), I did inform them of the change in cellphone, but they have not connected any data bundles on my contract and therefore I have been going through R50 prepaid airtime every single day. I phoned them again this morning to find out what is going on and requested them to sort out my data bundles, however I have now been told that my account is in arrears and that they cannot do anything on their side. They deduct monthly via debit order, and there was R190 deducted from my bank account last week! How can I be in arrears if they deducted money??? If their unprofessionalism continues, I will take this further, and I will cancel the services with them. Why should I now go out of my way to the bank, to obtain bank statements to prove they deducted money last week? Why can they not trace payment on their system? I am disgusted with their service so far.
