Good day.

At the end of October, I received a sms saying that a new number has been activated on my Vodacom service.
When I called Customer service, the lady that assisted me, told me that that number was activated by Elite mobile. The same day, I receive a phone addressed to me. After talking to a call center person there, they said that I have requested this contract (its a 079 something number).
I explained to him that I have never dealt with Elite mobile.
He then asked if I wanted to cancel the contract and if the phone must be picked up. I confirmed it with him. I also confirmed with him that no amount will be deducted from my bank account for this contract that I have not asked for.
HE EXPLICITLY said, NO.
Guess what happened the first of November. You have deducted R99 of my account for a contract that I have not asked for nor requested and does not even recollect that I ever dealt with Elite mobile?
ARE YOU NOW IN THE HABBIT OF GIVING BOGUS CONTRACTS OUT TO GET MORE MONEY?

How do you even know if Elite mobile gave you the correct information.

Solve this problem. ASAP
