Poor service

I want to complain about the poor service I have received from mtn in musgrave centre ground floor (083 869 8069), I sent my tablet in to be repaired in October, i have kept calling to following up on them to check what is happening, and then in December i popped into the shop to ask what is going on and they told me that nothing has been said and the excuse was that it is December so not much will be done. It is now January and I have not heard anything yet I am paying for a tablet I am not using.
