Very Bad Service

I ordered a Tablet from Fonechoice late November early December after numerous phone calls from them offering me this incredible deal (as they called it). They promised that I would receive it first week in December. When I received the Tablet, I opened it and noticed that the screen was cracked. I then phoned them to complain and they confirmed that they will send the courier to collect within 2 days.By the 5th day, nothing was collected. I then called and demanded they send a courier to collect as I needed the replacement Tablet before Christmas. The courier collected that same day. Up until today they have not sorted my problem. I have made countless telephone calls asking what is happening and no one in their Call Centre can help me. They keep on saying that they are waiting on feedback from the Warehouse. Each time I call and ask to speak to a Supervisor I get told that they all in a meeting and someone will return my call. No one ever returned my call. I have been dealing with Homechoice for years and never received this kind of bad service.
I am very disappointed in Fonechoice and should have just followed my instinct and not ordered the Tablet from them.
