If opening a contract with Telkom mobile is this poor service, how will it be once the contract is open??? I did a online application on the website yesterday morning, at lunch time i was phoned and got asked all the same details again, whats the point of doing a online application then and filling in all my details just for you to phone again to ask it all again. I could just as well did a call back then. So after the call i was told i would be phoned back after a few mins to complete the application, this never happened, then this morning when i phoned to hear what's the story, i was told there is nothing on the system. They can not pick up a application. What is happening here? This is really poor service and i'm not really impressed with Telkom mobile at this time. 0/10 for service form em.
