I have samsung n8000 tablet on contract with mtn, on 13 january 2014 i took it to my local mtn shop, for the tablet would not switch on when not connected to power. with the help of the friendly lady working in the shop, my tablet gets send to the MTN SERVICE AND REPAIR CENTRE, after 2 weeks, 29 january 2014, i received the tablet with a job card: number - 3863763 - quotation rejected.
my question, who rejected the quote? i was not contacted. the tablet is under warrenty!!!
someone needs to contact me and explain, for my tablet at least switch on when conneted with power, but currently it is dead and damaged!!
your soonest reply will be appreciated, for if this is the after sale service you provide, i would consider moving to a different network. i am extremely unhappy and hope this matter will be solved!
