Still waiting for my tablet for 2 months

On the 10th December 2013 I phone fonechoice asking their assistance since my tablet I bought had fallen and the screen got damaged. I phone fonechoice and they promised to come and collect the tablet which they did on the 18th December 2013, it took them 3 weeks to send me the claim form.

On the 10th January 2014 fonechoice send me the claim form saying that I must fill that and submit to them which I did on the 15th January 2014. I have been waiting ever since when I call I am told that they will have to wait for the authorization from the insurance company before they can repair the phone which I feel is not fair since I'm paying for the phone that I don't have.
It's been two months now without anyone giving me any progress on the repairs or anything and which means that I will have to wait for another month or two for the tablet to be repaired which is ridiculous!!!
