Cell C
Non delivery of service promised

Cell C broadband in Scottburgh has been almost non existent since mid December. Only available early morning and late at night. But they willingly sell me a one year contract (2 Gigs a month) but they can not/do not deliver.

Called them several times, same answer "we are attending to it"

Three weeks of limited service is not acceptable.
