Beware reporting a lost cellphone

The journey began 01/-1`/2014
I lost my cell phone (0833757742 and advised Mtn call centre. They advised that I must report to police and obtain a case no (Mtn ITC no 14929764) Police case no 013 31/01/2014) I contacted MTN to advise of details My cell phone went on for 30 minutes and then went into Sim card failure. And the journey continued
I was advised that it has been reinstated. But my cell phone did not know that . 2nd attempt was connected to any autosystem to reinstate again FAILED . 3rd attempt was to remove sim card for an hour. Mission failed
I now went to Campus Square and was politely told that I must treat as a new phone and wait for 24 hours ; This was again a bummer. Now went to Cresta. Here it was state that it needed a pin swap. Later it was the phone (which was only 2 months old . 0 This would take 2 weeks to repair
This cannot be and Mxolisi Rubushe Cresta said it may still be black listed And Yes it was. I was told to get an affidavit (Which in itself is useless) and complete Blacklisted reverse form (Whatever. This was done and I was told it would take 72 hrs. ( That was yesterday Now received e mail, they need copy of ID
