Still Waiting for my 4 gigs promised

I have 5 reference numbers given to me by 5 different people everytime i phone the cell c customer care because i haven't received the 4 gigs as promised by the cell c head office please resolve the issue immediately its been 3 month since you offered me the 4 gigs
