1g limit

I'm on 2 blackberry contracts, one for me and one for my daughter, 084 599 8888, we got a message that we are limited to 1g per month blackberry services. I phoned your helpline last week friday and blew my lid about this. the lady said she was going to provide me with the letter from blackberry stating that BLACKBERRY limited every one to 1g. i am truely amazed that this is only for cell c customers. i am still awaiting this so called letter. if you what to change my contract as it suits you, you must give me the opportunity to get our of the contract without any cost. you are not giving adhere to the contract and that is just fine??? sunday night on MNET before the 20:00 movie, CELL C advertised as blackberry contract for R289, 00? per month with no limits. so why am i to be limited. no ohter network has this limits. i can understand you limit NEW contracts, but why exsisting ones. let me know how i get out of this contract, as this is nothing but contract break!!!
