Poor Broadband Service Quality

Before I applied for a data contract I confirmed that my area has data coverage (AS per Cell C's Website and technical staff).
I entered into a contract whereby I will pay for a service, which is fast reliable broadband access.
Since activating my sim card I had limited access to the broadband network. This is apparently a issue all over the country and Cell C admitted that they have issues with their Networks.
I tried to cancel my contract due to non delivery of promised service and I was told I need to pay a penalty fee for cancelling my contract.
We are being bullied by big Corporates like Cell C, why should we be paying cancellation fees when they have breached the CONTRACT.
Stay away from Cell C, false advertising and bullying tactics!
