TELEPHONE LINE STILL DEAD!!!

Despite logging faults after faults, escalations after escalations, special investigations what not my telephone line, until today, has not yet been repaired. When is my line going to be fixed? Is it even going to be repaired in 2014 or are you going to let this drag on until 2015?
Despite my broken line, I am still expected to pay for your incompetent service! That is extremely unfair towards the consumers!
I have had no telephone line or internet service for the entire December 2013.

I hereby request that either you provide me full allowance or reimburse all costs due by me for all the time since the beginning that I have been out of service until the time the line is fully repaired whereby I can once again make use of the telephone and the internet.

I expect this to happen as soon as possible, within the next few days, I want to hear a response please otherwise I am taking this matter to the consumer affairs offices because I waited long enough!

O i forgot, my telephone line is still OUT OF SERVICE.

As a new client, I am starting to regret my decision to go with Telkom. Ridiculously incompetent service towards consume
