MORE THAN 30 DAYS AND NOT FIXED

Originally i was having speed issues with Mweb which they for some reason couldnt help me so naturally i went back to telkom being my ISP, ever since then my P2P has not worked one little bit, it hasnt even worked using other ISPs on my line, they've sent me 2 different technicians the first one didnt know anything and the other guy knew what he was doing at least. its been 32 days since i first complained about my p2p and nothing all has been done about it. they always say the same to me every single time i complain about it, also the past 3 days my 10meg line is complete, i get over 300ms ping on it and very unstable speed test results. i cant take this anymore.youre pathetic, ive spoken with 2 different supervisors and they havent got back to me. your twitter tean tries to help me but nothing is done..fix my line so i can change isp cause it affects it even if im using mweb or afrihost
