Deteriorated 8ta/Telkom Wireless Internet Coverage

I have 2 contracts with 8ta/Telkom with internet wireless packages.
The one is a USB dongle and the other a wifi dongle.

The USB dongle was faulty and i returned it but was informed that it would have to be sent back. 8 months later I have not received it back but was given a desktop model to use in the interim after complaining about the delay.

At first the speeds of connection on both devices were very good but as of the last 4 months it has deteriorated to such an extent that some days I have no connection at all.

It has become so bad that I wonder if I should have rather stayed on with my previous internet provider. (who at the current rate is far better than what I am getting now)

When I call 8ta technical department, it is so tedious as the technical department keep saying that there is nothing wrong and that I have changed settings on my side but in turn cannot help me with resolving the problem. The joke is that I have not changed any settings nor have i changed any pc's.

If this problem is not resolved soon i am going to cancel these 2 contracts and find an anterior solution.

I think Telkom cannot keep up with the volume in the area.
