Internet speeds are pathetic these days

I have the 8ta 10 GB day and 10 GB night surfer package, the first few months were fantastic, I used to get speeds up to 700kbps and now it seems that I barely get 50 kbps, I average 26kbps. this really. I have lodged a complaint and telkom tel me that it is not on their side... mmm I wonder as it use to work just fine and nothing changed on my side. It is now 23:28 and my download averages around 17kbps on a 11MBPS connection, my signal is full and my area is in the green according to 8ta, so... as I mentioned before, I used to be able to get speeds up to 700kbps. The problem I have is the following, I actually connect to servers around the world which I maintain and this is truly stuffing up my business. It is now exactly 21:36 and it seems I got an average speed of 3K!!! What a joke. PS I run a linux OS and have no services running... If you like, I will even include a speed test. and one more thing, my connection has been like this for the past 2 weeks, I think it is time to cancel my contract.
