8ta wireless Internet service awful - in many ways

We have a 8ta wireless connection that requires a dongle to be plugged into the router. The connection is just absolutely awful, it is extremely slow, always intermittent and we keep having to reset the router to reconnect. The problem is, the data was prepaid and getting any mine back for a substandard service will be tough.

We have phoned the helpline many time with complaints and the excuse is always "It must be your hardware". It absolutely is not because we have tried various methods of using the dongle and every device it is paired with has the same issue - slow and unreliable Internet. It is absolutely pathetic and costs an arm and a leg.

Telekom need to be held accountable for any issues that customers are experiencing and quit passing the buck! Whenever I phone and ask if any other customers experience similar issues, the answer is always NO. I find that very hard to believe. There needs to be more transparency with a reporting mechanism put in place and 8ta needs to be held accountable for shoddy Internet service.
