No response in months to fix billing errors

After upgrading in October 2013 the next account reflected billing of data used above the 50MB smartdata bundle. The basic contract should have included 400MB data, and the 50MB smartdata bundle was to avoid high out of bundle data charges. I work from home half the time and use wifi, resulting in very little cellular data being used, with nothing above this 450MB expected.
At first the call centre was helpful, but they had to refer it to the technical department, who never respond. The first month I called nine times, and I haven't counted afterwards. And still I'm waiting for them to get back to me, but I'm still being charged for data, which they simply deduct with a debit order.
And no matter what you do, and what promises the call centre makes, they don't respond. Ever.
