R1300 incorrectly converted into data by Call Ct

I own a Cell C Dongle and have had a 24GB prepaid special for 12 months, which recently expired. I then needed to renew this with another 24GB bundle for another 24 months. The bundle in question is the Cell C Smartdata 24GB, advertised on Cell C's website as costing R1299.00 and split into 2GB bundles over 12 months. I was advised by both the call centre and the Pavillion Cell C Store to load the R1299 airtime onto the simcard and then to convert it into the 24GB bundle option. I duly loaded R1300 airtime onto the sim and was not able to find the Smartdata 24GB option as was advised to me. I then called the call centre again, reference 1302150000087564 & specifically asked to load the 24GB Smartdata bundle onto the simcard. The call-ctr lady then told me she'd converted my airtime into data worth R1300 not into the Smartdata 24GB bundle as requested. I immediately responded to say that I had specifically asked for the Smartdata 24GB bundle, upon which she then told me she was unable to convert to that data plan. I have been incorrectly advised THREE TIMES & request that my R1300 be returned or converted into the Smartdata 24GB as originally requested.
