Worst Service Ever from Vodacom

I took my phone in for repairs on October 17th, 2013 at 12:38 (as I have it written here). I was told that it should take three weeks at a maximum. I have still not received my cellphone back. It is more than two and a half months later. I have tried calling on numerous occasions and have not been called back. I can honestly say that this is the most appalling service I have received. I still do not know where my phone is or what has or has not happened to it. I do not recommend using Eastgate Vodacom at all.
