After my contract expired i requested the Contract to be cancelled and changed to Pre-paid in October 2013. On 22 December 2013 I went to the store and requested to Cancel the contract again and on 3 January 2014 nothing has been done again.
1st Case No. 6389309 (This is now closed on their system without anything being done)
2nd Case No. 7262592 (Which is still open and nothing being done)
