SO done with Vodacom!!!

I am done with Vodacom!!! My fianc? got me a blackberry on contract 14 months ago. Since day one I have had endless trouble. I took it in to Vodacom repairs at eastgate in about June/july 2013 because it just kept switching off. I sat without a phone for 7-21 working days as their loan phone can literally do NOTHING!! Im 23 years old, not 199 years old I don't want to only send smses!!! I received my phone back and guess what?? It still had the exact same problem, no surprise there!! Sent it back again and waited 7-21 days to receive a refurbished phone... Then in December 2013 the internal speaker stopped working.. Same as about sent it in waited blah blah blah... Got it back and again exact same problem. Seriously do they put it in a cupboard for 2 weeks and give it back to me hoping I would have forgotten what was wrong?? Sent it back same as above, got a refurbished phone..I Only received the phone in mid jan.. Its feb now and guess what this phone doesn't hold battery life. Its permanently flat unless on charge. CANCEL MY CONTRACT TODAY!!! 14 month and vodacom has had the phone for repairs for repairs probably more than i have had it. IM DONE.
