Two months ago my daughter decide to take the Data contract from me and hence this lead to a TRANSFER of the Data contract. Up until now we have still our bills incorrect whereby i am being billed for my daughters cost and she with my cost. This was highlighted and cost me two to three trips to Cavendish asking for assistance and this was escalated and yet they still did not sort out the problem. What has happened is that they have taken the moneys off our banking accounts without solving the problem.i am so disgusted because i went into the store again on Christmas Eve and i was promised a phone call that it would be sorted, well guess what as at today NO calls NO apologise, NO correction but YES money was taken. I am closing all my business with these people, I have been a customer for so may years and this treatment is unacceptable... #DISGUSTED AND ASHAMED
