Incorrect contract loaded

I requested a contract upgrade from a 500mg data contract to a 1Gb data contract which cost R69 pm. Instead I have been moved to a 200mb contract which costs R169 pm. I registered this complaint 10 days ago and it has been transferred and 'escalated' but no-one can resolve. I have called the call centre 5 times to try to get the change effected correctly but no-one is willing to take responsiblity or resolve.
The incorrect billing has been going on for 6 weeks now and has cost me hundreds of rands as well as having my line suspended twice due to my credit limit being reached.
Beyond frustrated! Please assist
