AFTER 2 MONTHS OF REQUESTS, FINALLY MTN RESPOND THAT THEY HAVE CANCELED MY CONTRACT AND CONVERTED TO PREPAID. HOWEVER THEY ARE STILL DEBITING MY ACCOUNT!!! 2 DEBITS HAVE GONE OFF! THE FIRST TIME THEY SAID THEY WILL REFUND, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE FIRST REFUND AND THEY DEBIT MY ACCOUNT AGAIN!!! A TOTAL OF APPROX R1000.00 NEEDS TO BE REFUNDED. I AM NOT WILLING TO WAIT ANOTHER MONTH TO BE RESPONDED TOO! THIS IS TRULY TERRIBLE SERVICE AND I HAVE EXPERIENCED NOTHING BUT TERRIBLE SERVICE SINCE I OPENED THE CONTRACT. I WILL NEVER BE ASSOCIATED WITH MTN IN ANYWAY AGAIN.
