WHEN I TOOK OUT THE CONTRACT IT SAID R149 PER MONTH, THEN I WAS TOLD R209 FOR THE FIRST 3 MONTHS. YOU PEOPLE MESSED UP MY ACCOUNT BEFORE. WELL WE ARE LONG PAST 3 MONTHS. WHY THE ARE YOU DEBITING ME R209 THIS MONTH. WHEN EVER YOU DO THIS I MUST WAIT FOR THE CORRECTION NEXT MONTH AS IF I HAVE MONEY PUT ASIDE TO CATER FOR YOUR EXTRA DEBITS. PLEASE REFUND ME THE DIFFERENCE WITHIN THE NEXT WEEK. I AM NOT WAITING FOR NEXT MONTH. AND STOP DEBITING AMOUNTS THAT YOU OUT OF THIN AIR.
IF THIS IS THE CASE, I WILL CANCEL THE DEBIT ORDER AND PAY BY EFT!!!
YOU KNOW HOW TO SERIOUSLY ME OFF AT MONTH END
