Continual debits even after contract expired

I had a contract with 8ta, mobile network under Telkom SA which expired March 2013. Despute this i still get billing statements and debits since APRIL although i no longer use the contract. I wrote emails, called to stop and i was adviced it will and my monies reimbursed. They even begged me to keep the number as prepaid which i accepted 2 months ago, yet i got debited again on the 25 July 2013, yet my number is now on prepaid. They are messing up my account due to thr debits that just go any day and if there is no money in my account i get penalized R115. im tired of this disgraceful service they have and hence i did not wanted to continue with them as a contract customer. Even in the months i was their contract customer they use to bill me any day although the agreed day was1st of every month. I have been penalized several times due to them debiting my account anyday.
