Hi,

I live in the Wierda Park, Centurion area, lines have been off since the 14th of November 2013.

After multiple phone calls I was told they are waiting for supplies to repair it, and at a later stage their response changed to they need to see if it is feasible to replace the lines.

up until today I have had no positive response on the matter and has multiple attempts by my self and through Afrihost my ISP to get this matter resolved.

If no solution can be found, at least offer some kind of alternative which will exclude any of the costs already incurred and paid for the period the service was unavailable.
