I cancelled an 8ta data contract on the 16th of November and these guys are still charging me for it. Every time I call the call centre I get a different excuse about why it is still active. Today I was told I need to go to my nearest store and sign the cancellation form in person, "due to technical issues with cancellations via email". Really? You guys are so ridiculous.
