MTN cannot provide service as promised

You service isn't up to standard. Your consultants cannot provide customer service nor can your management.

I am quite tired of this incompetent Service Provider who cannot render the service as stipulated on several points on the Contracts.

Still your company hasn't contacted me nor is anyone assisting me.

Thanks MTN, that we know our Service Provider.

Vodacom is doing a better job than you, even CellC has better Service.
