Cancel Cell C Contract due to No-Network

To my utmost regret, I took out a CellC contract 06/13. Since then, I struggled with the poor network. I can't see how CellC can expect anyone to actually pay for such a poor network. I've complained at the 2 stores, but the Managers weren't interested in assisting me. I wrote a letter and requested them to take my complaint up with CellC. Someone tried to phone me, but we couldn't hear each other due to their poor network, and even this person gave up on me! I've also been to Nashua Mobile, as I signed up through them, but got NO help. I'm working for myself and I use my phone to contact clients, and be contacted by them - I need a RELIABLE, STABLE Service Provider! Currently I'm losing 60-80 % of calls, which means I'm losing business, which means I'm losing money! Since CellC cannot offer me a RELIABLE, STABLE network, I want to cancel my contract IMMEDIATELY, and sign up on a new contract at a reliable and stable Service Provider. I can't see why I need to honour my part of my contract with CellC for another 18 months, as they are definitely NOT honouring their part of our contract - which is to provide me with a reliable network.
