Good Morning
In 2010 on the 15th May I reported in KWT branch that I was robbed of my contract phone on the 14th May & requested that the phone be blocked. I was told to complete a form & fax it myself to their PE office of which I did exactly that. Nothing happened after that until August of the same year when I received a call informing me of my account of which I denied because I never made any calls. Subesequent to that there wasn't any other communication until I've learnt that I'm blacklisted when the study loan was declined in 20011. I've enqired from cell c and after a long struggle with their legal department of which I was referred to I was told to pay the contract amount and the rest will be written off by the lady known as Sulene from their legal department. On follow up no one knew about that and now am stucked with R1100 blacklisted amount that I am not liable of. I have engaged legalwise lawyers who also a hitting the rock with cell c and their legal department. I am not liable for the debt and I'm not prepared to pay the amount, cell c must clear my name from the credit beaureau with immediate effect.
