It amazes me that Vodacom is the biggest service provider but they provide the WORST service! I bought BIS this morning at 7:30am and 2hrs later I still have no BIS. I phoned customer care half an hour after buying BIS and the guy told me to wait an hour and then I would receive my sms from Vodacom to say that my BIS is activated. I have not received any sms! I am disgusted by the service Vodacom provides, they are quick to take off airtime! CellC's BIS is activated immediately once purchased! I am serisously thinking of changing back to CellC!
