Please go back to my initial complaint in August. One phone call shielding cellc staff and promised a return call but up until this day i am still waiting. If this is the kind of service that cellc offers their clients then the world should know that it's not a service provider that we should deal with. Sucking our hard earned money on a monthly basis and not providing the proper customer service is cellc. I want authorisation to go in and have my phone exchanged for what i originally desired and not what the salesperson pushed onto me.
Waiting for an urgent response if you do take your customers seriously.
