SICK AND TIRED OF LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am so sick and tired of dealing with this pathetic excuse of a company!!! I have had so much disappointment with cell c and no one can help me.

I asked about a month ago for someone to come and assess the situation at our house with regards to NO SERVICE / BAD RECEPTION at our house and everybody that i have spoken to at Cell C customer care has said to me, yes we will get back to you and send a technician out with 24 to 48 hours... really???!!!

I have refused to pay my account (2 contracts BTW) as I dont see what the point is of having a service provider that CANNOT PROVIDE ME WITH ANY FORM OF SERVICE???!!!

This will be the second time on Hello peter, I have sent messages on Facebook, but all that I get is, "someone will get back to you" -DO YOU KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS... ITS A FREAKING SMS THAT GETS SENT TO ME WITH YET ANOTHER REFERENCE NUMBER!!!

I AM DONE CELL C, TAKE YOUR CONTRACTS AND SHOVE THEM YOU KNOW WHERE!!! CANCEL MY CONTRACTS IMMEDIATELY. I AM OFFICIALLY DONE WITH YOUR NETWORK.
