Bullied into contract

I upgraded my contract in 11/2013, I was contacted by Elite Mobile and bullied into a contract. I requested a 400 free MINUTES a month but was given a 400 RAND a month contract which is a HUGE difference. During 12/2013 I contacted them repeatedly to sort it out, but of course nothing happened. On 13/01/2014 I went to the Vodacom Shop at Northgate, as they are my service provider. They contacted Elite who said I should wait 24-48 hrs to retrieve recordings and cancel if they were in the wrong. On 16/01/2014 I contacted Elite again, because of course no one called, and was again told that they were going to retrieve the recordings and need to wait 24-48 hrs. On 20/01/2014 I received an e mail from Maria Labistour for me to complete a survey to provide feedback on how I feel they dealt with the query. On 21/01/2014 and 24/01/2014 I called to speak to Maria and left 2 messages. I was amused by the e mail received; provide feedback on being bullied into something I did not want and them providing absolutely no service! Now I must rate you - NEWSFLASH YOU ARE LESS THAN USELESS. Vodacom outsource to a company that is clearly incompetent and do absolutely nothing to assist.
