I want my refund

I had a contract with Mtn which ended in August last year.my money was still debited after end of contract and I decided to go to the branch in Pretoria van der waalt street, when I got there they told me that I need to put a month notice to cancel, and I did that. They assured me that end of Nov it wil be the last debit since I put notice to cancel. They even gave me a ref no for the cancellation. GUESS WHAT? My account is still being debited even after the cancellation!!! I want my money back OR ELSE I WILL TAKE FURTHER STEPS!!!
