Over charged every month on my contract

I have been over charged every month since the beginning of my contract. My contract wasn't explained to me fully when I signed the contracted and now there all many hidden costs for things I wasn't aware of. My wife is with Cell C and doesn't get charged when calling the helpline but Vodacom charge me to call them on the helpline number and keep me waiting more than 5 minutes before I decided to hang up. I also need to pay R18/month for itemised billing otherwise I can't view a breakdown of what I am being charged for. Ridiculous! Cell C may not have the best reception around but they sure are ethical and have integrity when it comes to customer service and billing.
