I made a query with Vodacom's Customer Care line in Nov 2013, regarding the up-grade of my contract. Customer Care redirected my query to the Admin and Contracts division. I have made numerous follow-ups, telephonically and via email, and was told that someone would contact me. To date, which is 2 months later, no one has contacted me. As a customer, there is no direct contact number to the Admin and Contracts division. A simple matter that could be resolved in few days, is taking Vodacom months. It certainly doesn't take an organisation 2 months to even respond and keep a client informed about the progress of their query. Simply disgusted at Vodacom's customer service.
