Cancelled my MWEB account on the 17th of December, signed up with Telkom on the same day and today I get an email from mweb saying they require 1 calendar months notice for cancellations so I've been billed for January... I spoke to 3 different people when I was about to cancel my account and non of them thought to tell me this, all they said was that the cancellation will only take effect at the end of December, completely unacceptable.
