Upgrade not delivered as promised... 3 months late

Stephen Marais went for a upgrade 3 months ago at MTN corporate division in Cape Road Port Elizabeth.

He has repeatedly gone back to collect his upgrade which has still not arrived. Stephen still pays his contract monthly and yet Mtn has not delivered his phone as promised. It is now 3 months later!!!

Seriously considering moving to another service provider after months of phone calls and visits!!!
