My mother bought lounge suit in December 2012, after they had delivered the goods, she noticed that it was damaged, she reported the matter to Morkels the following day and she spoke to a lady by the name of Duduzile and she promised to send someone to access the damage, 2 months later nobody phoned and nothing was done. she went back again to complain and Duduzile promised her that she will sort it out, she will come on a Saturday, we waited for her and she never came, my mother phoned and she was advised to send the photo of the damaged lounge suit that was in Febuary. still nothing was done, instead she received an sms notification stating that her query is being investigated Ref 558352. she went back again to Morkels in March and she was advised that Duduzile was no longer working there and they have a new Manager now by the name of Stephen, she explained everything to Stephen who promised to sort it out. we are still waiting for he's phone call it's now 5 months down the line they haven't made any attempt to sort this matter out, can somebody who knows and understands what is customer service PLEASE HELP US
