We pay Web Africa each month and we recently upgraded to 15 gigs and from 1st January 2014 to 25 gigs.
6 extra gigs were used this month and we are running out of bandwith so tried to top up another gig and was told I can't because we are in arrears. Wrote urgent emails to them got no response and so I paid the Bill but would have preferred to do that tomorrow on the 1st January. Now when I try and top up it tells me I am still in arrears. My books will show I have paid Web Africa twice in December. Do they actually expect me to go on the Internet Banking 7 times to pay them R39.00. We have been with them for many years and they know what our records are like regarding payment so why can"t they wait until the next month for payment. They are absolutely ridiculous and pathectic in the way they conduct business. Now we will all have no internet even though I have paid. What a way to start the New Year.
