Worst EVERYTHING!

First of all, there isn't enough words in the world to describe what I've been through with cell c in the last year. So I'm going to skip over all the past issues and just go straight to the latest!
The data stick I purchased in January is supposed to have 200 GB on (50 day time and 150 night time). Because of the issues I've had with the stick it's taken me till now to use up the 50 day time gigs.
The night time gigs worked for about 3 gigs and then suddenly told me that I'm out of airtime and therefore I cannot access any website. The confusing part is that when I click on "current balance" it says I still have 147 GB left. AND the best part is that it actually connects to the internet, and it shows that it is using up megabites, but I still can't get onto the internet. (that's also where about 2 gigs of my day time data went - to nothing. just using up internet actually trying to get onto the internet).
I've had to deal with nonsense like this the entire year and quite frankly I'm done trying, struggling and fighting and I want my money back.
