TOOK MY MONEY AND DIDN'T DELIVER

On Saturday I purchased an additional 5 gigs topup on top of my existing 20 G.
It then registered and showed me that I had the extra 5 gigs.

On Sunday I tried to use the internet. No speed. It told me I was soft capped and the 5 Gigs that I had paid for had disappeared.

I then tried to call Telkom ADSL to find out what was going on.

3 different people all hung up on me between 11am and 12 noon on Sunday 21 April 2013.

Then I got thru to someone who said I had to send an email to ABUSE@Telkom...

Then someone else said I had to call the accounts dept on Monday.

Meanwhile I now cannot use the internet and am too scared to purchase any more Gigs in case they S.T.E.A.L. my money from me again.

I paid with a credit card and it has been deducted from my bank account and I have nothing to show for it.

Why are the Sunday staff so SLOW / STUPID / and they have such a DON'T GIVE A TOSS attitude???
