Cannot port an 082 number to new vodacom contact

After the umpteenth time of trying to activate the phone that was couriered to me, I am told I cannot port my existing back from cell c.

Giving me the number of a closed QA department to review the telephonic contract does not cut it

I am livid, your network may be better, but I have to jump through hoops to become a customer and pay you.

Reference number given, but from attitude I am being fobbed off, into new year when someone else is on duty, request for direct number to follow up was refused!

And no I don't want my contract cancelled!!! I want you to honor what we agreed to!!!
