Can not contact legal department directly

Telecommunications

My father passed away 9 dec 2013, he has 2 contracts with vodacom
After a long wait for customer service they finally told me to phone 082 1905 for the legal department
After yet another long wait it appears that this is not the legal department just another call centre who actually can't even tell you what vodacoms policy is when a person with a contract dies. All they could give me was an email address [Email Removed] to send a copy of his ID and Death Certificate too. This I did but received no response.
Second call to 0821905 after a long wait I was routed to the customer service department who told me to phone the number I had just dialed for the legal depatment.
Third call to 0821905 after another long wait finally through to the legal call center who then gave me the following fax number 011 546 8427 to send the ID and Death certificate too. This I have tried but the fax doesn't seem to be operational.
At a time like this when you are distressed due to a death in the family I would have thought the least they could do would be to streamline the process of informing them of the death and to get the contract cancelled.

Please help

Thanks
