Good day, I am really disappointed with Telkom, and I want to cancel the services. Firstly, had bad experience from Telkom call centre agents. They don't listen, and are very rude the call centre agent that I spoke messed up account and did not put me on a month to month basis as I requested as well as created two different accounts on my name with regards to double billing, I have opted for emailed statement, when the statement comes in I make a transfer. Telkom blocked my internet access. I went into Telkom Gateway I spoke to very helpful guy Anesh, he sorted out the problem, and I then received a lawyer's letter stating I owe Telkom. I am very unsatisfied with Telkom, and I would like to cancel. Please would a manager contact me? Thank you.
